FREE Local Shipping on all single order of HKD 300 or more.

1. Self-pick up: Welcome to meet up
   
2. Local Shipping: SF-Express
   
3. International shipping:
   Taiwan & Macau – SF-express
   Others – DHL / FedEx / UPS
   
4. For International shipping, the import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the purchasing price or international shipping cost.
   
5. Checking your order : You can track the order once it has shipped with the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email.

Return & Exchange Policy:

1. Our mission is provide the highest quality coffee and service to our customers. We hope you can enjoy with Beans Lab experience, we strive to make sure our return policies reflect that.
   
2. Coffee Beans – Our coffee beans are roasted by order, so we’re unable to return. If you have any queries, please feel free to contact us at info.beans.lab@gmail.com 
   
3. Coffee Drip Bag – Drip Bags are not available exchange/return for artificial damage, exchange will be accepted before delivery.
